Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented PR Executive with experience in the home decor and luxury segments to join our team. The primary responsibility of the PR Executive will be to develop and execute strategic PR initiatives aimed at promoting our designs among journalists, magazines, and influential media outlets. Additionally, the PR Executive will be responsible for creating company profiles, founder profiles, and securing coverage in tech or startup circles to highlight our position as one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the luxury lighting decor segment.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote Harold Electricals' designs and products within the home decor and luxury segments.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers in the home decor and luxury lifestyle space to secure coverage in relevant publications and media outlets.

Pitch story ideas, press releases, and product launches to targeted media contacts and secure placements in print, online, and broadcast media.

Create compelling company profiles and founder profiles that showcase Harold Electricals' unique brand story, values, and vision.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to position Harold Electricals as a thought leader and innovator in the luxury lighting decor industry.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure PR initiatives align with overall brand objectives and messaging.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide regular updates and reports on PR activities and performance.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in PR, preferably in the home decor or luxury lifestyle segments.

Proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists and influencers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and company profiles.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with media contacts, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to identify and leverage PR opportunities.

Knowledge of tech or startup media landscape, including outlets like YourStory, is a plus.

Passion for home decor, design trends, and luxury lifestyle brands.
