**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This role is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

**These are key responsibility area for this role**:

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives in the Entertainment industry
- Develop financial and tax strategies. Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
- Handle function related to Due Diligence, Advance Tax ,Tax Planning, Forex Payment and Receipt.
- Record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
- Perform mid-level general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and

correct errors made by both internal and external personnel
- Lead the coordination with auditors and consultants for completion of statutory audit and internal audit.
- Preparation of Monthly management MIS and Projections
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced
- Advice the sales team on the best strategy for optimum utilization of cash flows and commercial structuring ( Contractual terms, Payment cycles etc)
- Reporting of key performance metrics of the company on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.
- Maintain banking relationships
- Report financial results to the key management personnel
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

**Who Should Apply?**
- Experience of minimum 8 years in Finance and Accounting
- CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
- Good Hands-on experience of TDS and GST Review and Filing, Accounting, Audits
- Should have worked on Accounting Software other than tally even if for a small period. Working experience of Zoho Book, Quick Books is preferred
- Excellent Written Communication Skills
- Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
- The company has extensive overseas operations. Understanding of international business will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
