The technical skill-sets required are - Windows Administration - Day to day administration of windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, co-ordination with OEM, troubleshooting and hygiene of servers, hardening.
- Storage and file services administration ( Knowledge of any storage like EMC, Hitachi etc. is desirable)
- Networking -Basic of LAN, WAN, Switches, Wireless, Cisco device configuration. Any Cisco certification will be added advantage e.g. CCNA.
- Antivirus and windows patch management
- IT procurement & vendor management. Co-ordination with various service providers & OEMs.
- IT Helpdesk & Audio visual services management
- Third party service co-ordination for CCTV, Access control and other IT enabled appliances
