Pre-primary Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children (ages 3 to 5).
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
- Design and organize engaging learning centers and materials that encourage exploration, discovery, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and development, and provide individualized support and guidance to meet their unique needs and interests.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills through storytelling, imaginative play, music and movement, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and help children develop social-emotional skills, self-regulation, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school events to support a cohesive and integrated early childhood program.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones, and communicate progress to parents and caregivers regularly.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, child development research, and curriculum standards to enhance teaching practices and program quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
