Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain and update mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry role is a plus.
