Position - Executive - Employee Engagement, Talent Branding and Events

Looking for a mature energetic pleasant person who can interact & coordinate with multiple stakeholders for coordinating and managing employee engagement activities ( festivities, R&R, employee resource groups and other employee engagement activities ) and talent branding activities at organizational level.

Have taken part in cultural events, co-ordination /organizing of events at college /community level / part of any volunteer group

The person should have excellent confidence and verbal and written communication skills along with ability to to interact and influence stake holders at all levels
- Other Work / College level activity exposure
- Flair/ previous experience in organizing big programs/ celebrations/ large scale activities
- Co-ordinating for college level activities
- planning, scheduling, bringing together different stake holders, budget planning and management, execution of the activities, wrapping up payments and settling bills
- Volunteering / being part of citizen movements for common causes in community/ college
- Arts/ Sports participation
- Driving arts/sports club, tech fests etc
- Part of /exposure to driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Behavioral:

- Overall a people’s person who likes to connect with others and work
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be in office atleast 4 days of the week or as need be
- Confident, Pleasant, Willing to stretch and take up work other than specified

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ( Including but not limited to below)
Event Management and Co-Ordination
- The person would be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and closing the loop with all stake holders for all Org Level Engagement activities and celebrations
- Ability to bring people together and work with them as in sports club, arts club etc.This person will be instrumental in reviving & running Sasken Employee Resource groups - Sagara our music club, Mayura our dance club and Abhinaya our acting club and other hobby and fitness clubs. Work with ERGs to come out with one employee event through each group every month ( Jambhoree)
- Ability to anchor an event like Org level festivities and celebrations and handle team building events with activities for BUs
- Handle monthly team building and engagement activities for freshers ( 200 + number)
- Calendarize, plan and drive employee get together and celebrate -National Festivals like independence day, republic day etc ,All regional religious festivals like Kannada Rajyotsava, Diwali, Bijaya in Kolkata, Ganesha Chathurthi, Onam, Pongal, Christmas, Navratri etc and more as it comes
- Drive Sasken Premier League Sports festival
- Drive with other stake holders Annual day/ Family day etc
- Support to marketing in coordinating for larger events like a customer event
- Go to client locations in absence of a BHR
- Co-Ordinating with FMS, IT, PLC, Employees ,Finance, Marketing and overall arrangements - Design, Content, Collaterals with Marketing, Logistics, food, arrangements with FMS, audio /video etc with IT team, PR /PO, vendor selection, choosing gifts etc with PLC, payment ,advance raising and settlement etc with Finance and Employee co-ordination through employee resource groups
- Any other work that comes up as part of BHR (Business HR) team responsibilities
- Talent Branding and Rewards and Recognition Activities
- Plan and organize large R&R felicitation events like Long Tenure Felicitation, Top Performer Awards, Freshers bash, SME / ASE/ Retiree felicitations, team level felicitations for industry awards ASE events etc
- Ability to create questions, take an employee interview and convert that to good employee story and employee videos-( Talent Branding)
- Create and manage employee branding videos
- Video making skills, MS power point, MS excel
- Design skills are a good to have
- Other talent branding initiatives
- Social media uploads and management with Intcom team
- Managing HR data on intranet
- Content - Creation and Design
- Newsletter inputs collation
- Ability to make mailer designs and write good content
- Report making
- Input data to tools as needed
- Analyzing data on excel - V Look Up / Pivot / Charts / Formulae

**Education and Experience Required**:

- MBA HR / Marketing or related disciplines
