We are looking for an **Excavator Operator / Backhoe Loader Operator **to safely transport loads to construction sites with the use of lifting equipment, such as cranes and hoists. You will work closely with construction workers and ground operators to complete your daily duties. You will also perform equipment inspections and repairs regularly. You should have hands-on experience with cranes and building materials to succeed in this role. Problem-solving and attention to detail are also must-have skills for you to adapt to different weather conditions and settings.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate a backhoe to excavate, load and transport materials in a variety of heavy construction operations;
- Operate other construction equipment as required;
- Work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks;
- Participate in training and other forms of development to strengthen technical, safety and other skills;
- Consistently monitor and maintain compliance with all safety policies, procedures and regulations;
- Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use;
- Perform daily routine maintenance on machine including lubrication and monitor needed repairs/service requirements;
- Trains and mentors other workers on operating equipment, safety requirements and other construction processes;
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to include equipment operated.

**Knowledge Skills & Abilities**
- Previous _**2-4 years**_ experience as an operator or a similar role
- Should have a **valid license with specific class** of vehicle from government authorities
- Working experience handling different types of cranes
- Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights and stand for long hours
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- **Pass medical, drug** and background check

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
