As the Warehouse in charge at CHAYAM TEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be on order processing, dispatch management, inventory control, labour supervision, and pick-and-pack operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing and Dispatch**:Process all incoming orders accurately and on time.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
- **Inventory Management**:Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- **Labour Management**:Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.

Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Pick and Pack Management**:Oversee the pick-and-pack process to ensure accuracy and speed.

Implement best practices for order fulfillment to minimize errors.
Streamline picking processes for improved efficiency.
- **Production Management**:Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

Coordinate with other departments to meet production and shipping schedules.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
