Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on skincare products, treatments, and techniques for clients, estheticians, and other professionals in the skincare industry.
- Develop and implement educational materials, presentations, and resources to support training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and research in skincare to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant training content.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with product manufacturers and suppliers to stay informed about new products and technologies in the skincare industry.
- Offer guidance and support to estheticians and skincare professionals on best practices for client consultations, treatment protocols, and product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase skincare products and treatments.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to highlight skincare products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while representing the company in training sessions, events, and other public engagements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
