**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Execution of CRAMS projects from bid estimation, cost reduction to on time delivery.
- Awareness on EMS & OHSAS related to process.
- Plans, coordinates, and conducts work associated with process development studies for batch and continuous processes.
- Coordination with ARD / Purchase/Plant/IPR.
- Works effectively in a multi-disciplinary team of chemists, engineers, and attribute scientists.
- Compliance to EMS & Safety related required as laid down for area
- Leads cross-functional committees to address departmental and interdepartmental problem solving, and activities.
- Works cross-functionally with discovery and late-stage development chemistry teams to handle in-coming and out-going programs.
