**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day Bakery operations.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for both food and service.
- Optimize inventory management, control costs, and implement growth strategies.
- Utilize banquet order taking experience to coordinate special events and private functions.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain a high level of service.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational reports to make informed decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Any UG/PG
- Min 5 years of proven managerial experience in the Bakery industry.
- Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- In-depth understanding of Bakery operations, inventory management, and event coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
