We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic telecaller to join our wedding planning company. As a tele caller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, engaging with prospective clients, and generating leads. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will contribute to our overall business growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling prospective clients who have expressed interest in wedding planning services or who fit the target demographic.
- Introduce our company and explain the range of wedding planning services we offer.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their wedding requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed information about our wedding packages, venues, themes, decorations, catering, entertainment, and other related services.
- Showcase the unique value propositions of our company and explain how we can make their dream wedding a reality.
- Answer potential clients' inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and other relevant details.
- Actively listen to clients' needs, concerns, and expectations, and address them effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, recording their contact information, preferences, and any follow-up actions required.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services, providing additional information and answering any remaining questions.
- Collaborate with the wedding planning team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from initial contact to the planning phase.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and sales.
- Continuously update your knowledge about wedding planning trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies, marketing materials, and customer engagement processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and strategies to attract more leads.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer, preferably in the events or wedding planning industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **English & Hindi** both.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities to promote services and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for lead management.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
- Knowledge of wedding planning trends, venues, and related services is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
