**What You Will Do**

The Principal Scientist will lead all aspects of the stability program for drug products and provide strategic stability direction, technical expertise, and review of protocols and reports. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of R&D to achieve strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead stability programs for new products, including the review of formulations, regulations, and intended markets.
- Provide strategic stability direction, technical expertise for protocols, reports, and bracketing decisions.
- Develop and implement stability strategies for new product development and post-launch projects.
- Conduct stability assessments and statistical analyses for product development and post-launch initiatives.
- Lead and participate in stability investigations.
- Author and review CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) sections related to stability for regulatory filings.
- Support Health Authority queries and requests.
- Assess internal processes to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

Qualifications

**What We Are Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**
- MSc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Ph.D., or equivalent in a science stream.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in pharmaceutical stability.

**Technical Experience**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical stability, including the ability to develop and implement stability strategies for new product development and life cycle management.
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting and leading stability investigations.
- In-depth understanding of GMPs and the latest regulatory trends related to stability management.
- Experience in leading process optimization initiatives and regulatory auditing/inspections.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, ICH compendia, and CMC stability requirements.
