Job Description:
Micros Digital Institute is seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Ghaziabad. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Advanced Digital Marketing Course and assisting potential students in their enrollment process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential students via telephone to inform them about our Advanced Digital Marketing Course.
- Engage with leads and provide detailed information about the course curriculum, certifications, and training modes.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in the course to encourage enrollment.
- Address any inquiries or concerns that potential students may have regarding the course.
- Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to devise strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and course enrollments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
