Job Description: Female Brand Promoter

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Brand Promoter to join our marketing team. As a Female Brand Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and increasing brand awareness among our target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our brand at various events, exhibitions, trade shows, and retail locations, engaging with potential customers and creating a positive brand experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Promote brand awareness: Represent our brand in a professional and engaging manner, effectively communicating key brand messages and values to potential customers.

Event participation: Attend events, exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing activities to promote our brand, products, and services.

Product demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products, capturing the interest of potential customers.

Customer engagement: Engage with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Relationship building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and advocacy for our brand.

Sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge, insights, and customer feedback to enhance the sales process.

Market research: Collect customer feedback, preferences, and market insights, reporting them to the marketing team to inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Brand representation: Uphold the brand's image and values, ensuring that all interactions and presentations align with the brand guidelines.

Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, event attendance, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.

Professional development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
