**Treatment Planning**: Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, taking into account factors such as the extent of damage, patient's overall oral health, and any other relevant medical conditions.
- **Root Canal Therapy**: Performing root canal treatments to alleviate pain and save teeth that would otherwise require extraction due to infection or damage to the pulp.
- **Surgical Procedures**: Conducting surgical procedures when necessary, such as apicoectomy, to address more complex cases or situations where conventional root canal therapy is not sufficient.
- **Pain Management**: Ensuring patients are comfortable during procedures by administering local anesthesia and providing appropriate pain management techniques.
- **Patient Care**: Explain treatment options, procedures, and aftercare to patients in a clear and compassionate manner. Provide post-operative care instructions and follow-up as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree with specialization in Endodontics from an accredited dental school.

2. Valid license to practice dentistry and specialization in Endodontics in [region/country].

3. Proven experience as an Endodontist, with expertise in performing a wide range of endodontic procedures and treatments.

4. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in utilizing advanced endodontic technology and equipment.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate treatment options and build rapport with patients.
