- **Job Descriptions**:_

Children Age Between 8 to 18
- Take a proactive role in keeping your own learning & development up to date.
- Be able to effectively engage and build relationships with children.
- Have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with other agencies, parents, colleagues and children.
- Have an understanding of the issues and pressures affecting children today.
- Be flexible and responsive to the unique needs of each child.
- Have good listening skills and be able to remain calm and focussed when working under pressure.
- Have good written skills in order to write contact sheets and reports
- Be willing to use your initiative and make decisions around the needs of children on a day to day basis.
- Be flexible in being able to adapt to changing workloads of the team.
- Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- A driving license and a midas qualification would be an advantage
- A Diploma at Level 3 would be an advantage or a willingness to work towards it is essential.
- The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Age:

- Below 45

Experience:

- 1 year care assistant genuine experience **mandatory**

Education qualification:

- Any degree /Diploma

Language:

- NARIC /UKVI ielts

UKVI score:

- min 5

Processing time:

- 6 mnths

**Benefits**

10.10 pound /hr

39 -42 Hrs in a week

Extra pay for night stay (50 pound /night )

Accomodation provided for 3 months

Food:

- Self catering ( They will provide groceries )
