**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Coordination**: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods.

2. **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.

3. **Vendor Management**: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

4. **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation such as shipping documents, invoices, and reports related to logistics activities.

5. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.

6. **Cost Management**: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.

7. **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status, delays, or any other logistics-related issues.

8. **Problem Solving**: Address any logistics-related problems or issues that may arise and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

9. **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.

10. **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely updates on delivery schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
