Job Description: Junior Interior ArchitectWe are seeking a talented and creative Junior Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Interior Architect, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative design concepts to life and assist in the development of captivating spaces that align with our clients' visions. With a focus on attention to detail and strong technical skills, you will play a crucial role in transforming interior spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design Development:

- Collaborate with the senior design team to develop and refine initial design concepts.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Research and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations and design documentation for client meetings.

2. Project Coordination:

- Support the senior design team in coordinating projects from concept through completion.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications for contractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct site visits to observe progress and ensure compliance with design intent.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with the design team, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute innovative and creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and visually to clients and team members.
- Actively participate in design presentations and client meetings, expressing ideas and providing valuable input.

4. Continuous Learning:

- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the field.
- Continuously improve technical skills and proficiency in design software.
- Seek opportunities to expand knowledge in areas such as sustainable design and building codes.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Interior Architect or related role.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating proficiency in concept development, visualization, and technical skills.

2. Design Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and lighting design.
- Familiarity with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification.

3. Technical Skills:

- Detail-oriented with excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to develop and produce accurate technical drawings and specifications.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

5. Creativity and Problem-Solving:

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to design challenges.
- Ability to work within project constraints while maintaining design intent.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
