Job Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator ensures that sales targets are met by supporting sales representatives, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- **Sales Support**:

- Coordinate sales activities and ensure sales processes are followed.
- Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage schedules and appointments for the sales team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support in follow-up communications and after-sales service.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate sales reports and present data to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and identify trends or issues.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Prepare materials and presentations for sales events.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in training new sales team members on product details and sales processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
