Responsibilities:

- Plant Set up in coordination with the team
- Spearheading the efficient and effective day to day operations of the plant including operations, production, planning, maintenance, supply chain, finance as well as administrative functions
- Planning, organising, directing and controlling manufacturing operations through lean initiatives
- Plan the activity schedule & ensure the execution as per the deadlines for production
- Ensuring adherence to Quality systems as per in adherence to QA and QC department, maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in process quality and improvement in process capabilities.
- Providing guidance and recommending improvements on manufacturing methods to reduce errors **Co-ordinate plant audit, safety audit etc.**:

- Managing overall operations engaged in production planning including coordinating for manpower management, supplies
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
- Accumulating data related with capacity utilization of various machines, productivity, service levels of the plant, outgoing product's quality and rejection trends.
- Planning and effectuating maintenance plans for machines and equipment and ensuring execution of preventive maintenance schedules/shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble-free and seamless plant operations
- Reviewing & ensuring production as per the plan Planned Vs actual progress
- Handle any escalation issues faced by the team in order to achieve deadlines
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met as per in compliance to Industrial Safety standards and work environment **Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials required for plant operations.**:

- Ensure that complete production cycle takes place & all the quality standards are being maintained.
- Administer Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)programs & trainings **Liaising with all departments like - purchase, sales etc for effective organization goal achievements**

Qualifications Required
- Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent Diploma in Engineering/Agriculture Sciences/Food Technology

Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
