Primary responsibility of this resource would be:
Source CVs from Naukri and assist Circle HR in all recruitment related activities.

Must have experience in CV sourcing through various job portal and conduct other recruitment activities.

Handle other HR activities at Circle.
- Sourcing of relevant CVs from Naukri for onroll and offroll positions.
- Assist CHR in diversity hiring.
- Increase Naukri usage.
- Reduction in overall hiring TAT for Offroll & Onrolls.
