We are seeking a dynamic Field Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and performing on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our automation systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise and product demonstrations.
- Conduct on-site installation and maintenance of automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service or technical support in the automation industry.
- Proficient in automation systems, PLCs, Networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for on-site work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
