Customer Service Executive

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and efficient packaging processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and overseeing packaging operations to ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery times.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are met.
2. **Order Processing**:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery addresses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and packaging team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
3. **Packaging Operations and quality analysis**:
- Collaborate with the packaging team to develop and maintain efficient packaging processes.
- Ensure that products are properly packaged according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee packaging operations to maintain quality control and minimize errors or damages during transit.
- Work closely with logistics partners to optimize packaging and shipping methods for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
4. **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in packaging materials, labeling, or product integrity.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
5. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and packaging activities.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators such as order fulfillment rates, packaging efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
6. **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, warehouse, and logistics, to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making and product development initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
