Job Overview

be responsible for supporting the procurement processes, overseeing vendor relationships, and

ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management:
Assisting in vendor selection based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Purchase Process:
Coordinating the requisition and procurement process.

Tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services.

Reconciliations:
Maintaining purchase records and conducting reconciliations.

Resolving discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

Cost Control:
Assisting in monitoring procurement costs without compromising quality.

Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.

Quality Assurance:
Supporting quality control initiatives for procured goods and services.

Collaborating with other departments to address quality issues.

Inventory Management:
Assisting in maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Implementing inventory control processes.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintaining accurate procurement-related documentation.

Reporting:
Preparing reports on procurement activities.

Offering insights into vendor performance and cost-saving initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance).
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local and national suppliers and vendors.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi languages.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals.

Job Title: Site Engineer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
