We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Amazon Seller Account Manager and Social Media Coordinator. If you have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and social media management, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Amazon Seller Account Management:

- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility and sales.
- Ensuring efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to enhance product competitiveness.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Social Media Coordination:

- Manage company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and advertisements to drive traffic and sales.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with followers to maintain a positive online presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and e-commerce operations (specially in amazon)
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing Amazon product listings.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
