Draftsperson

Job Title: AutoCAD Architecture Draftsman

We are looking for AutoCAD Architecture Draftsman for our client.
- Create and modify detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD software for various building projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards in the preparation of drawings.
- Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications. Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical, to incorporate their design elements into architectural drawings.
- Prepare and maintain drawing files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD and architectural design software updates and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A degree or diploma of ITI in architecture or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Architecture Draftsman, with a strong portfolio of architectural drawings.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to architectural drafting. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
