**Electronics Hardware Engineer with Reliability Testing Experience**

**Competencies**:
Electronics **Hardware design and testing **for electrical/electronic products with skills below.

Expertise in Product Testing, Failure Analysis and Reliability Testing Good knowledge on Analog & Digital circuit design using ADC, DAC, Op-amps, Transistors, MOSFETS, Sensors, Signal Conditioning circuits, microcontroller/ Microprocessor, Memories, Various communication interfaces, IOT platforms. Board function testing using Industrial IO modules, industrial controllers (PLC), PID controllers etc. Develop schematics using any CAD tools Familiarity with electronic components like Power supplies, Motor, Drives, IO Controllers, Amplifiers etc., Should have hands on experience in using test equipment like power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators etc. Worked on projects from requirement to final product release (circuit design, prototyping and testing) and maintenance. Good communication and presentation skills

**Good to Have Skills**

Knowledge in product certification process (Handle testing at EMC/ Safety) Expertise with FW development with C, C++, Python etc, FPGA &CPLD programming, Knowledge in Documentation, release process, Reliability testing, Obsolescence process, Customer support for field issues, Interact with suppliers Electronic circuit modeling & simulation

**Key Responsibilities**

Support Hardware development activities, Board bring up, debugging, create test plans and perform functional testing. Designs and implements methods and procedures for functional testing, and evaluating the quality/ reliability of products for Electrical, Electronic designs Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results and prepare reports for the same.

- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

**Business Expertise**
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

**Leadership**
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members

**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication

**Experience: 6-10 **Years in Equipment and Automation Industry
