ERP Specialist
**Roles**:

- **Data Management**:
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the ERP system.
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain data integrity.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on ERP data.
- **System Maintenance**:
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Ensure the security and backup of ERP data.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with different departments to understand their ERP needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Oversee ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
- **System Configuration**: Set up and adjust ERP modules as per organizational requirements.
- **User Support**: Address user issues and provide solutions to system problems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards and regulations.
Accountant
**Roles**:
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
- **Bookkeeping**:
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted figures.
- **Internal Controls**:
- Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess financial practices.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- **Payroll Management**:
- Process payroll and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Handle payroll-related deductions and benefits administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Accuracy**: Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to financial regulations and accounting standards.
