**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**About the Job**:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a RFQ Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our

Product Manager to manage all quote and RFQ activity. You will be responsible for tracking and managing incoming RFQs, coordinating with our sales and engineering teams to develop quotes, and ensuring that all quotes are submitted on time and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining our quote database and analysing quote data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Location**: Ludhiana, Punjab

**Report to**: Managing Director

**Type of Position**: Full time **Working hours per day**: 8 ½ hrs

**CTC**: INR 6,00,000/- per annum

**Experience**:4+ years of experience in a quote or RFQ management role

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage all quote and RFQ activity, including tracking and managing incoming RFQs, coordinating with our sales and engineering teams to develop quotes, and ensuring that all quotes are submitted on time and accurately
- Maintain our quote database and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Analyse quote data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with our Product Manager to ensure that all quotes are aligned with our product strategy and pricing strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales and engineering teams to ensure that all quotes are developed in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor quote metrics and provide regular reports to our Product Manager and other stakeholders
- Help to develop and implement processes and tools to improve quote accuracy and efficiency
- Support our sales and engineering teams as needed to ensure that all quotes are developed and submitted on time and accurately
- Participate in product meetings and contribute to the overall product strategy

**Qualification Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience

**Skills & Abilities**:

- High level fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quote and RFQ management tools and processes
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and product development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Passion for technology and innovation

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 per year
