Bio Trend Energy has established a cutting-edge pellet production facility in Sambalpur, Odisha. Our combined biomass pellet production and aggregation capacity is projected to reach approximately 5000 MT per month across India, contributing to a quicker carbon-free transition.

**Job Summary**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the production of BIO-CNG and biomass energy from agricultural residues, municipal solid waste, and other feedstocks.
- Lead the production process of biomass briquettes and pellets, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability in operations.
- Identify and source sustainable biomass feedstock, working closely with agricultural suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Manage projects related to biomass conversion technologies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals are met.
- Improve and optimize the biomass conversion process, including gasification, fermentation, and other relevant methods.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, safety standards, and renewable energy certifications.
- Work cross-functionally with teams from engineering, procurement, and sustainability to enhance biomass energy projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations in biomass technology, and best practices to incorporate new solutions into current projects.
- Monitor operational efficiency, analyse data, and prepare reports on energy output, resource use, and environmental impact.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIO-CNG, biomass energy, or related renewable energy fields.
- Hands-on experience in briquette and pellet production is required.
- Experience in agricultural waste management and feedstock sourcing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, renewable energy certifications, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Certification in renewable energy or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,168.59 - ₹48,857.07 per month
