**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating background checks.
- Administer and track employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, HRIS, and other HR databases.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations, including goal setting and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
