**Job Description: Account Receivables Officer**
Position Overview:
As an Account receivablesOfficer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization. You will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments to vendors and suppliers. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our accounts receivablesdepartment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bill Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, ensuring payments are made within established timelines and terms.
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing any inquiries or discrepancies regarding invoices or payments promptly and professionally.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivablestransactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation of expense reports and provide support for expense tracking and analysis.
Reporting: Generate reports on accounts receivablesactivity, aging analysis, and other relevant metrics as required by management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounts receivablesfunction, making recommendations for streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivablesor related financial roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday: Fixed Off
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
