Trainer Required

**Academic responsibilities**:

- Understand the Iron & Steel Industry, ITI, Diploma and Degree programs curriculum, content and ability to modify platform content.
- Train the students on the iron & steel domain.
- Communicate with students during their study period and answer their questions.
- Maintain learning management system
- Monitor students’ progress and guide them.
- Organize guest lecture and placement drives for the students.

**Operational responsibilities**:

- Owning academic operations based on curriculum and academic policies.
- Oversee everyday operations across all industries in the cluster.
- Travel between the industries and regular updates about the progress.
- Resolve on-ground issue.

**Qualification-** Diploma (ITI) relevant trade with B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Having good communication skills.
- Good knowledge about manufacturing industries.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in industry, education or technical sales.
- Should have Industrial and Teaching Experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
