Requirements:
QualificationsA degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A postgraduate degree in HR is preferred.
Work experience Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist in India, preferably in a fast growing organization.
Skills -Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Employee Relations - Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR- Related matters.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Induction of employees
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in India.
2Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3Performance Management:

- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal
- Etting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct training sessions on performance management best practices for managers and employees.
4HR Operations-Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage employee Payroll processing, benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records
- Prepare HR- Related reports, metrics, and analysis as required.
5Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on various topics.
