**Position Details**:
**Job Role: IPQA Officer**

**Experience Required : 2-3 Years**

**Location : Baroda, Gujarat**

**Qualifications**: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

The IPQA Officer is responsible for performing in-process quality checks at various stages of manufacturing and packaging. This includes monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role involves close interaction with production teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained during every stage of the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. In-Process Monitoring**:

- Perform in-process checks during various stages of production, such as dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packaging.
- Verify critical parameters like temperature, humidity, and pressure are within specified limits.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and SOPs.

**2*. **Sampling and Testing*:

- Collect in-process and finished product samples for testing and analysis.
- Perform or coordinate physical tests like weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all test results.

**3. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of in-process checks, deviations, and test results.
- Ensure proper documentation of production records as per GMP and company standards.
- Report deviations, non-conformances, and any other quality-related issues to the QA Manager.

**4. Compliance and Audit Support**:

- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing relevant records and data.
- Assist in the investigation of product complaints, deviations, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

**5. Training and Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide training to production staff on GMP, SOPs, and quality-related procedures.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Recommend changes to SOPs and production processes based on observations and audits.

**6. Safety and Hygiene**:

- Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage within production areas.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Pharm/M.Pharm

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail, good documentation practices, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
