**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes and other meeting materials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events and conferences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
