Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller for Wholesale to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales by engaging with potential wholesale clients and promoting our products/services. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the wholesale industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective wholesale clients and introduce our company and its product/service offerings.
- Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of our products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone to generate interest and close sales.
- Understand customer needs, requirements, and pain points to provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, call logs, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively address client queries.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs and respond effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and maintain call logs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing outstanding service.
