Tolins Pure Foods Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team at our rice mill facility. As the Factory Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the factory, including milling, processing, packaging, and shipping of rice products.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of production processes and equipment used in rice milling operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards applicable to food manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
