Job Description: Customer Service Executive (CSE) - Racking Industry
**Position Title**: Customer Service Executive (CSE)

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Executive in the racking industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and providing solutions that align with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and delivery inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Order Management**:
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our racking solutions and related products.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service,
- Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
