**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- **Customer Relations**: Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the order processing system, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data, customer information, and lead tracking.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and metrics to analyze performance and assist in strategic planning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer expectations.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote solar solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Project coordination: 5 years (preferred)
