**Job Title**:Senior HTML Developer - SCORM Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain custom SCORM packages for our eLearning courseware.
- Integrate various APIs to improve and expand the functionalities of our eLearning

platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the eLearning design team to ensure seamless

implementation and functionality of course materials.
- Conduct thorough QA testing and debugging to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure

modern and efficient development practices.
- Coordinate with other team members and stakeholders and provide technical

guidance when needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field, or

equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in HTML and JavaScript development.
- Proven experience in SCORM package development and eLearning platforms.
- Demonstrable knowledge in API integration.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System.
- Familiarity with other programming languages like CSS, Python, etc.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in eLearning.
- Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
