**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting various activities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist Sales Team**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings or events.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for client meetings or presentations.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on potential leads, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- **Follow-up and Follow-through**: Follow up with customers after sales inquiries or purchases to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics to track progress, evaluate results, and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required.
