Ipqa Officer

1.To attained training in accordance with QA procedure and other relevant functional SOPs as per assigned responsibility and training schedule.
2.Plant round on shop floor area of production and warehouse.
3.To perform activity under supervision of Senior by following the respective SOP.
4.Follow up for supporting documents related to production and warehouse for Change control and incident.
5.To keep & maintain QMS documents and records at designated place with proper labeling.
6. Issuance & Retrieval of manual document and eDMS (Electronic Document Management System) documents.
7.Review of BMR and In-process data.
8.Review of Log book in Various departments.
9.Verification of Dispatch label.
10.To do area /line clearance in Production during product change over.
11.Label indent, storage, issuance, Reconciliation of Labels and destruction (if any) Labels.
12.Issuance of temper seal for Finished Product packing.
13.To verify the finished product repacking activity.
14.Review of finished product dispatch activities and verification of records.
15.To monitor the finished goods while BSR transfer.
16.Verification of vendor documents.
17.To fill the customer vendor questionnaires.
18. To prepare continuous process monitoring reports.
19.To verify the monthly formats.
20. Issue Marketing Sample.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
