Job Responsibilities:
IFRS Implementation

Experience : 3-5 Years

Qualification Required : CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of standalone financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS along with Notes to accounts and proper disclosures for group entities in various geographies across the globe.

2. Assist in consolidation of Group Financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS. GAAP conversion of standalone financials, analysing consolidation adjustments and prepare elimination journals.

3. Keeping a tab on revenue recognition from customer contracts in compliance to IFRS 15/ASC 606.

4. Responsible for timely closure of group statutory audit
- liaise with stat auditors for closure of audit observations.

5. Finance SPOC for resolution of all finance related issues for US entity / enable business on process implementation / transactions.

6. Help in establishing controls around inventory and fixed assets and ensuring compliance to internal controls around financial reporting (ICFR).

7. Responsible for monthly and closing activities as per agreed timelines. Ensuring adherence to cut-off procedures, performing trend analysis for expenses and explain variances.

8. Carrying out COGS reconciliation and periodic review of moving averages in SAP for inventory.

9. Review TDS workings to ensure compliance to the TDS provisions and that the TDS is deposited to the government on or before the due dates.

10. Assist in drafting accounting policies and accounting memos under IFRS and US GAAP.

11. Carrying out intercompany reconciliations and compiling RPT schedule.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with article ship / experience in Big 5

2. Sound knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS.

3. Sound financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles and clarity on consolidation techniques.

4. Strong Microsoft Excel alongside good IT skills particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Experience with a listed organization shall be preferred.

7. Working Knowledge of ERP / SAP

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
