Mode of Hiring Permanent

Must Have Skill Set Technical:

- Strong proficiency in Angular 10 to latest version, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Extensive expertise in Angular framework (2+ preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- OOPS Concepts and SQL knowledge.
- Proficient in Typescript.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for building user interfaces.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit).
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.
- Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver solutions on time.
- Proven technical abilities.
- Skilled troubleshooting and research abilities.

Job Description Development:

- Implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and extensible.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with developers on technical solutions and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with the Agile Scrum team for self-managed feature development.

Quality Assurance:

- Identify and communicate improvements in front-end implementations.
- Ensure high-quality code and consistent user experiences.

Process:

- Operate within defined standards and procedures.
