Insurance Telecalller

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Insurance Telecallers to reach out to potential clients, provide them with information about our insurance products, and generate leads. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work towards targets.

**Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote various insurance products (health, life, motor, etc.).
- **Product Presentation**: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of each insurance product.
- **Customer Service**: Handle inquiries, address client concerns, and provide detailed information on policy options and processes.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads, keeping a record of all potential clients, and setting appointments for follow-up calls or meetings.
- **Sales Support**: Work with the sales team to meet targets by scheduling calls, sending reminders, and supporting clients through the policy purchase process.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and updated records of each call, client interaction, and follow-up status in CRM or designated system.
- **Meeting Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and improve services.
- Any work related to Insurance given by the management.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and manage high call volumes
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge)
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
