**Automation and Digital shop floor project**

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions, including robotics, PLC systems, and IoT devices.
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot automated equipment and systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track production metrics in real-time.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using data analytics and sensor technologies to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Train shop floor personnel on the use of automation equipment and digital tools, ensuring proper operation and safety protocols are followed.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and cost reduction through automation and digitalization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing, recommending innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source and integrate cutting-edge automation technologies into our manufacturing operations.

**Qualification: Diploma Mechanical/Electrical**

**Willing to Travel to Rabale/Taloja/Ambernath**

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
