**Job Title: Quality Inspector**

**Location: Chennai**

**Reports To: Quality Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods using appropriate measuring and testing equipment.

2. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

3. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.

4. Notify production and quality management of any non-conforming products or materials.

5. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality management, to identify and resolve quality issues.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

9. Continuously improve inspection procedures and techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

10. Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.

3. Excellent knowledge of quality inspection principles, practices, and techniques.

4. Experience using measuring and testing equipment.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety and environmental regulations, is preferred.

9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

10. Ability to use computer software for record-keeping and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
