**Job Description: Sister In Charge of NICU and PICU**
**Overview**: The Sister In Charge oversees neonatal and pediatric critical care units, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining a safe environment.
**Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Leadership**: Guide and support nursing staff.
Ensure best practices in patient care.
**Team Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise nurses.
Foster teamwork and communication.
**Patient Care**:Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans.
**Resource Management**:Allocate staff effectively.
Manage supplies and equipment.
**Quality Assurance**:Monitor and improve care quality.
Collect and analyze data for improvement.
**Patient/Family Advocacy**:Communicate with families.
Act as a liaison for understanding.
**Administration**:Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in budget planning.
**Education**:Train and develop staff.
Promote ongoing education.
**Qualifications**:
- RN licensure with critical care experience.
- Leadership and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
**Working Conditions**:
- Hospital-based, varied shifts.
- Emergency response may be required.

**Qualification : B.Sc Nursing**
**Experience : 5 years in (nicu & picu)**
**Salary : 35,000/- to 50,000/- per month**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
